Pina Colada Slush

A delicious taste of summer to enjoy year round.

Pina Colada Slush
(6 to 8 servings)

1/2 pint rum
1 (16-ounce) can cream of coconut
1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice
1 liter 7-Up

1. Combine cream of coconut and pineapple juice; mix well. Add the rum.
2. Freeze at least twenty-four hours. Spoon into glasses and add 7-Up.
3. Stir and serve.
