"Jello Jewels" with Fresh Whipped Cream

3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3 cups white grape juice
¾ cup sugar
7-8 cups fresh berries
Whipped cream 

In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1 cup of the grape juice until the gelatin softens, about 3-4 minutes.
In a small saucepan, heat the sugar together with 1 cup of the grape juice and heat until dissolved,
Add the softened gelatin and stir thoroughly. Add the remaining juice.
Place the juice in a dish of your choice and add the berries.
Refrigerate until firm.
