Pina Colada Slush

A delicious taste of summer to enjoy year round.

Pina Colada Slush
(6 to 8 servings)

Ingredients    
1/2 pint rum
1 (16-ounce) can cream of coconut
1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice
1 liter 7-Up

Directions
1. Combine cream of coconut and pineapple juice; mix well. Add the rum.
2. Freeze at least twenty-four hours. Spoon into glasses and add 7-Up.
3. Stir and serve.

Victoria Station's Pina Colada

This makes enough for 2
2 oz Orgeat Syrup
3 - 4 oz Coco Lopez
3 oz Rum
4 oz Sweet & Sour Bar Mix
8 oz Pineapple Juice

Blend everything together with enough ice to make it slushy.....garnish with mint or one of those cool mini umbrellas or a slice of pineapple on the glass.
