Thin-cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Preheat the oven to 425° F.
- Dip both sides of the chicken breasts in olive oil, and then in breadcrumbs.
- Place breasts in a baking dish and bake for twenty minutes. (Increase baking time to thirty minutes with thicker chicken breasts).
*According to Mike, the chicken goes best with baked potato (with lots of cheese) and steamed broccoli (with lots of parmesan cheese).
