Prepare 9 inch (22,5 cm.) crust, bake and chill |

3 eggs | 1: 8 ounce (230 g.) soft cream cheese |
3/4 cup sugar | 1/4 cup brandy |
1-1/4 cup table cream | 1/4 teaspoon salt |
Heat oven to 325°F (165°C). Blend first four ingredients.
Add salt and brandy, mixing slightly. Pour into
crust and bake one hour.
