BRANDY CHEESE PIE


Prepare 9 inch (22,5 cm.) crust, bake and chill
3 eggs 1: 8 ounce (230 g.) soft cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup brandy
1-1/4 cup table cream 1/4 teaspoon salt


Heat oven to 325°F (165°C). Blend first four ingredients.
Add salt and brandy, mixing slightly. Pour into
crust and bake one hour.
