Elegant Eggs

4 large fresh eggs
3/4 cup cream cheese
splash of half and half
sprinkle of oregano
sprinkle of parsley
sprinkle of thyme
sprinkle of basil
salt and pepper

Beat well and cook over high heat stirring constantly until light and fluffy. 
Top with grated cheese of your choice or serve as is.
Great with crispy bacon, warm breakfast bread right from the oven and fresh fruit.
