This is a Taste of Home Recipe –
1 cup butter or margarine... soft
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 package ( 3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
In mixing bowl, cream butter & sugars....beat until light
and fluffy. Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla.
In another bowl, combine flour & baking soda – add to the
creamed mixture & mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by
teaspoons onto UNGREASED cookie sheets.
Bake at 375 for 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
