Sharon is my sister-in-law and this recipe comes from her... can be made with different flavors of pudding but really, how can you improve on chocolate?
1 Box Instant Chocolate Pudding (4 Serving size)
2 Cups skim milk
1 TBSP instant coffee crystals
Mix and set aside

1 envelope Dream Whip
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 – 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix and set aside
Alternate layers of chocolate and dream whip – ending with dream chip – sprinkle with cocoa
