Easy, Creamy, Pepperoni Dip

SERVES 10

* 1/2 cup pepperoni (cut into pieces)
* 1 tablespoon parsley (freshly chopped or dried)
* 1/4 cup evaporated milk
* 6 ounces cream cheese

1. Mix all ingredients together and blend in food processor.
2. Serve with crackers of your choice.
