Rub for ribs consists of
1/8 cuo of cayenne pepper
1/8 cup of dark cilli powder
1/8 cup of salt
1/8 cup of coarse ground pepper
3/4 cup of garlic powder
We coat the ribs with the rub then put on racks in hotel pan
that suspends the ribs over liquid smoke (1 cup), 2 tablespoons of
minced garlic and 2 cups of water
Wrap with saran wrap then foil and heat in oven for 4 hrs at 325.
