The Sauce from Hell that Tastes Like Heaven

This recipe is not for anyone watching their cholesterol, it is more like a heart attack in a saucepan. It sounds wonderful, but I confess, I have yet to make it....


9 Links Manzo's Italian Sausage with Marsala Wine

3 29 Oz. cans Hunt's Tomato Sauce

2 Jars Pasta House Co. Tomato Sauce

1 1/2 Sticks of Butter

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cook nine links of sausage in frying pan with extra virgin olive oil. When links are plump, puncture and let fat release. Then drain all fat and olive oil into tomato sauce.

Continue to cook the same links again with more extra virgin olive oil. When sausage is cooked thoroughly cut into small pieces and empty contents of frying pan into tomato sauce. Then add 1 1/2 sticks of butter.

Continue to cook sauce until butter is thoroughly melted.
