Massage Oil Recipe - not for consumption

Mix together the following oils.......
Organic Apricot Kernal Oil - 2 oz.

Organic Sweet Almond Oil - 2 oz

Organic Jojoba Oil - 4 oz.

Add your fragrance next - Research the properties of the oils you are going to use... some, like tangerine, is a stimulant, so it will not relax you.....it all depends on what your intention is. Some essential oils are never to be used with pregnant women........do your homework.

Essential oil 80 drops or 4 ml -

Some suggestions: Lavender, Lemongrass, Tangerine, Neroli, Jasmine, Cedarwood, Rosemary

Mix and pour into clean bottles. Shelf life approximately 1 year.

Look for cold pressed and expelled pressed oils. Do not use solvent extracted oils like Grape-seed Oil or Rice Bran Oil. These are commonly used in many massage oil recipes, but this exposes the skin to unnecessary chemical residue.

Does the recipient have a nut allergy? If so, substitute Sweet Almond Oil with Organic Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Soybean Oil etc.
