Spinach Herb Sauce


1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach, cooked, rinsed and squeezed dry
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp. fresh tarragon, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 tsp. fresh chives, minced
In blender, puree spinach. Add mayonnaise, yogurt, tarragon and lemon juice until mixture is smooth. Stir in chives. Serve sauce with chicken.
Makes 2 cups
