She Loves Wine Chicken Broccoli Casserole

This is my version of Cindy's Chicken Broccoli Casserole.


2 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli - cooked and drained

1 chicken cooked and cut up ( I now buy the rotisserie chicken cooked and de-bone it)

Melt together -
2 cups cheese
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
2 shakes Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 small onion, grated

Topping -
2 additional cups grated cheddar cheese - for topping (optional)
1 can onion rings

To assemble -
Put cooked broccoli on bottom of casserole dish.
Top with 1/2 of the cheese sauce
top with cut up cooked chicken
add the rest of the cheese sauce

If desired, top with additional grated cheese and a can of onion rings
Crunch up 1 can onion rings and top casserole with this.

Bake at 350 for 40 - 50 minutes.
