My Italian Sausage Casserole

When my sons were young, I made this often - they loved "making it".
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 Italian sausages
2 ounces sliced Pepperoni
1 lb. pasta noodles mostacelli, rotini, etc. (your choice)
1 large can Prego
Salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic
Cook Italian sausage in oven at 400 degrees until brown. (They don't need to be cooked completely.) or fry them until brown.
Boil and prepare pasta noodles as package recommends. Simmer your pasta sauce and add seasonings to taste.

Slice Italian sausage into bite size pieces.

Combine sausages, tomato sauce, drained and cooked noodles, along with 4 ounces of Mozzarella.
Mix together thoroughly.
Place in a 2 quart casserole dish.

Add remaining cheese to top.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is bubbly.

This works well in a crockpot since the ingredients just need to be heated through well - until cheese is bubbly.
