2 tablespoons butter1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
Topping
2 teaspoons powdered sugar1 teaspoon lemon juice
Melt butter in a medium sized bowl.
Stir in flour.
Add milk and stir.
Beat in three eggs.
Pour into one large, well-greased, ovenproof skillet. (Cast iron works well).
Bake at 450 degrees for 18 minutes.
Top with powdered sugar and a drizzle of lemon juice.
