Honey I'm Home Bread

I've been on a bread kick lately.... this is a very easy and tasty bread - great for toast, sandwiches...
Time -2¼ hours

 1 cup milk

 4 tablespoons honey

 1 large egg

 3 1/4 cups bread flour (if desired substitute 1 cup of flour with whole wheat flour)

 4 tablespoons butter or margarine

 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast

Combine all ingredients in your Kitchen Aid Mixer (or bread machine & let the machine mix it) Cover bowl and let rise

Let this rise once - take out of the pan and knead it a little on the cutting board

Place in a greased loaf pan until it rises again.

When raised as much as you want, it's time to put your beautiful loaf in 325 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes

Let Cool.
