Creamy Peppercorn Dressing

1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
2 TBSP milk
2 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp coarse black ground pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion salt

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Stir before serving.

Yield  1/2 cup

Makes a great wedge salad

Serve over a wedge of iceberg lettuce. Sprinkle with crumbled cooked bacon
and thinkly sliced red onion.  Add dried cranberries if desired.
