Citrus Mimosas

This recipe is a crowd pleaser.. have enough on hand to make a second batch!

1 cup prepared strawberry daiquiri mix
6 oz. cold water
6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup frozen grapefruit juice
1/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 tbsp frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 bottle champagne chilled
orange rind curls for garnish

Combine prepared daiguri mix, water,orange juice concentratge, grapefruit juice, lemonade and limeade concentrates in a pitcher or bowl, sir till well combined, cover and chill. To serve, pour equal amounts of mix and champagne into 8 glasses. Garnish with orange ring curls.
