Toasted Almond Berry Chocolate Bark

This makes a very small recipe – only 15 pieces A delicious and easy to make bark with toasted almonds, dried berries and rich, luscious chocolate. Makes a nice hostess gift.


8 oz. NESTLÉ CHOCOLATIER™ 62% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Bar(s), broken into small pieces ( Or use white chocolate)
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/4 cup combined dried cranberries, blueberries and/or cherries


LINE 8-inch baking pan with wax paper.

MELT small chocolate pieces using a double boiler – stirring just until melted.

POUR into prepared pan.


Sprinkle with almonds and fruit. Tap pan several times to spread chocolate and settle almonds and fruit. Refrigrate for about 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces.


Store in airtight container at room temperature.
