Cooking Beef Tenderloin




Prep the steaks with

Olive Oil
sea salt
fresh cracked


Pan Jus

1/2 cup water
1 tsp tomato paste
1/4 Cup Marsala Wine
1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
1 TBSP worchestershire sauce

1 small shallot - set aside

butter
More Extra Virgin Olive Oil
