My sons like these, they are a little too sweet for me.... easy .....people often request the recipe.
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
Mix and press into a greased 13 x 9" pan.
Then mix together -
1 pound powdered sugar
8 oz pkg cream cheese - soft
3 eggs
Pour this over the first layer and bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
Cool, cut in bars. Refrigerate.
