Actually. I replace pasta with cooked cauliflower at the end but you could also use spaghetti squash.
In a baking dish
1 block of Feta Cheese in Middle
1 - 2 containers of cherry tomatoes around cheese
Several cloves of garlic sprinkled in
Olive oil over cheese
Season with garlic powder & onion powder, salt and pepper
Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes
Mix together, stirring well Add cooked cauliflower, or pasta - top with fresh basil
Serve with grated Parmesan Cheese on top and crusty bread
