Paula T's Meat Balls

1 pound ground beef
1/4 to 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese depending on preference
1 sleeve Club crackers or saltines crushed
1 cup milk

2 eggs or 1 Xtra large egg
1 TBSP chopped parsley
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper


Mix up.
Make meatballs
Bake  at 350 for 30 minutes and turn then bake another 10 - 15 minutes or Fry until done.

TOMATO GRAVY (SAUCE)

1 LG onion, diced
2  29 oz cans of tomato sauce
1 29 oz can of crushed or diced tomatoes
1  12 oz can of tomato paste
1 bay leaf
3 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
3 TBSP sugar
