Orange Honey Butter

1/2 c honey
1/2 c butter - softened
1 orange
1 tsp orange rind

Beat honey into butter. Add grated orange rind, squeeze juice from orange into honey and butter, and continue beating until light and fluffy. Makes 1 cup.

Serve with rolls or toast
