We used to have a wonderful homestyle restaurant that was known for it's great pies.... they had many unique items on the menu, this was one of my favorites, and so easy anyone can create it quickly.
When my sons were little they used to love to make this.....
Leaf lettuce or Bibb Lettuce
Banana- not green
Whipped Cream
Chopped pecans
For each individual salad, put a piece of lettuce on the salad plate, cut a banana in half length-wise, top with cool whip and chopped pecans.
