Woodhaven Spinach Artichoke Dip


2 Cans Artichoke Hearts, drained
1 10 oz. Package Frozen Spinach, thawed and all moisture removed
1 Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Sour Cream
½ Cup Toasted Pine Nuts
1 Cup Grated Parmesan
1-2 T. Lemon Juice
1-2 T. Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste



 
Place artichoke hearts and mayonnaise in a food processer and pulse until almost smooth.
Transfer to a large mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Add lemon juice and hot sauce gradually.
Adjust seasoning and place in a gratin dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is nicely browned. Serve with tortilla chips or pita crisps.
