Cindy's No-Crust Apple Pie















This is fabulous......

8 apples- peeled & diced
1 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP Cinnamon

Put apples in a large pie pan that has been sprayed with PAM - then sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon. Place pie pan on a baking sheet so if anything boils over it gets contained and keeps your oven clean.

TOPPING -
1 cup melted butter (hey, I didn't say it wasn't fattening!)
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Mix the ingredients for the topping together and spread over apples.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
