Crockpot Pork Chops with Gravy

6 - 8 thick pork chops, fat removed

Flour, salt, pepper

Dredge chops in flour and season.
Brown in bacon grease or oil.

Place chops in crockpot.

Mix together and pour over chops:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 cloves of garlic, mashed
garlic salt
pepper

Cook all day on low.
